In 2015 I posted a song every day on markpentleton.com, following a similar project back in 2010. I’ve decided to repost the original 2010 songs this year so that all my recordings can be found in the one place. Today’s song is therefore ABBA’s Happy New Year. Originally released on the 1980 Super Trouper album, this track was rereleased in 2008, 2009 and 2011 reaching top 10 spots in Norway, Sweden and the Netherlands each year. I hope you enjoy my piano version.
