A Thousand Years
I’ve decided to have a go at replicating my challenge from 2010 when I played and recorded a different song every day of the year. For the first day of the year I’ve decided to play one of the most beautiful songs released since I did my original challenge, Christina Perri’s A Thousand Years. I played this song at our neighbours’ wedding a couple of years ago along with a friend on violin and it’s the perfect song for a wedding. I hope you like it.

I took my DJI Phantom 2 Vision out today on a cold and clear morning and headed down to the pretty village of Dunure in South Ayrshire to film the castle and the harbour from the sky.

Auld Lang Syne performed at a special concert of the Nanjing Little Red Flower Children’s Art Troupe with Douglas Academy Chamber Choir at the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow on 7th February 2014. Filmed for my documentary on the Confucius Institute for Scotland’s Schools.
